An in-depth educational packet full of integrative & holistic mental health, lifestyle & wellness tools, skills & suggestions.
A caring check-in relevant to the weekly topic
A Wellness-To Go Experiential Exercise
10-15 mins: An educational deep dive into the above rotating Perimenopause related topics
25-30 mins: A supportive check-in focused on the theme of the week
10 mins: A "Wellness-to-Go" experiential exercise where you learn mindfulness techniques and new approaches to old struggles for a much improved perimenopause journey
Sessions are Therapist Led, Peer Supported.
We cap our group at 10 women to foster an individualized & intimate experience
$45/Session. We are in-network for Health Partners & Cigna Insurance. We welcome any out-of-network members and will gladly file your insurance claims for you.
